Registration prices vary depending on when you register your child. 

Prices and deadlines for the Fall 2017 season are below:

 

***Mitey Mite and Up***

March 1st thru May 20th:
$295 (Football) / $185 (Cheer)

May 21st thru July 8th:
$365 (Football) / $220 (Cheer)

After July 8th: 
$400 (Football) / $240 (Cheer)

 

***Tiny Mite***

March 1st thru May 20th:
$295 (Football) / $185 (Cheer)

After May 20th: 
$330 (Football) / $220 (Cheer)

SIBLING DISCOUNT:

Families with multiple participants in CYFPW will be provided a 10% discount for each additional sibling that is registered (i.e., 2nd child, 3rd child, etc).

 

PLEASE NOTE:

The above prices INCLUDE loaner equipment (helmet, shoulder pads, game pants, game belt and more) and two football jerseys or a cheer uniform that participants get to keep after the season at NO EXTRA CHARGEAlso, we do NOT require our families, players and coaches to participate in fundraising for the CYFPW association/league (we do allow for team fundraising where the funds go entirely to the team instead of the CYFPW association). This SAVES our families and teams significant time and expense, and allows everyone to focus 100% on the the kids, the team and the season. 

It's important to keep in mind these factors and the total cost of participation when you compare CYFPW's overall program and pricing structure with that of other youth football & cheer organizations.

REQUIRED PAPERWORK

If you choose to register online, please note that both the parent/legal guardian and child participant MUST STILL ATTEND one of the Onsite Registrations to submit required documentation for league verification (onsite registration dates/times are posted above). Required paperwork includes:

  • 2017 Participant Contract (located here)
  • Child's Original Birth Certificate
  • Electric, Water, or Gas Bill (phone bills are not accepted). Chandler residency is NOT required to participate with CYFPW. We welcome all youths from all communities.
  • 2016-2017 Report Card (Entire School Year)
  • 2017 Sports Physical Exam - Please use the 2017 Pop Warner Physical Form (located here) when you use your family doctor or neigborhood clinic doctor. We will typically have a doctor at our onsite registrations who can perform your child's sports physical, if needed, for a nominal fee (usually $30). PLEASE NOTE:  All physicals MUST be completed using the Pop Warner Physical Form and the physical must be dated Jan. 1st, 2017 or later. Please Note: School physical forms and other physical forms will NOT be accepted.
  • Legal Guardian and Child need to be present at the Onsite Registration

CYFPW PROVIDED EQUIPMENT

The following equipment will be provided to your child at NO EXTRA CHARGE:

 

Tackle Football:

  • We provide the helmet, shoulder pads, TWO game jerseys, game pants & belt, hard chin strap, mouthpiece with facemask strap (tackle football players keep their TWO game jerseys and mouthpiece). Please Note: Families are responsible for their child's compression shorts, dry fit undershirt, cleats, practice pants, practice jersey, game socks, and 7 pad set (2 knee pads, 2 thigh pads, 2 hip pads, and 1 tail pad).

Cheerleading:

  • We provide the cheer uniform, poms, hair bows, socks, cheer shoes, and cheer bag (cheerleaders keep everything)

All equipment (unless otherwise noted above) must be returned to Chandler Youth Football Pop Warner at the end of the season. This equipment is provided at no extra charge to reduce total cost of participation for our participants' families.

 

REFUND POLICY

Refund requests must be emailed to info@chandleryouthfootball.com by June 10, 2017. Keep in mind that fees already paid out will be withheld from approved refunds. Absolutely no refunds will be granted after June 10, 2017. No exceptions.
